Located at the intersection of Brown Road and Brown's Chapel Road, approximately two miles east-southeast of Clarksburg, Deerfield Township, Ross County. This is not a complete listing.

The plaque attached to the front of the church is dedicated to the memory of White Brown, in whose home the first Methodist Episcopal society of Browns Chapel was formed in August 1803. The Brown Grist Mill millstone and plaque remember Browns Chapel's beginnings.
