Maggie Schiller, 82, of South Salem, sits in the Presbyterian Memorial Room at Travelers Rest on a chair which is resting on the all wool, old-fashioned rug that she made for the building. The rug is 15 feet long and over nine feet wide. Mrs. Schiller made the rug on a hand loom. She has been making rugs for 23 years and says she enjoys 'every bit of it.'
